DALLAS (AP) - The Dallas Stars made a big trade with New Jersey because they wanted to jump-start their offense.

They couldn't have expected Randy McKay to provide the first spark.

McKay had his eighth and ninth assists of the season, including a spectacular one on the game-winner, leading the Stars past the Blues 3-2 Wednesday night.  NHL.com

Stars' McKay makes himself at home

Randy McKay wasted no time making his presence felt for the Dallas Stars.

McKay had two assists, including a nifty one-handed flick while his other arm was locked up by a defender that Kirk Muller turned into the game-winner as the Stars beat the visiting St. Louis Blues 3-2 Wednesday night.
